Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Hobart Service. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Monitor and resolve complex technical incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior technical support team members to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including user account management and software updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a high-volume enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and mobile device management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and Lenovo hardware.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and mobile device management platforms.
