The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and assist them with Restores wellness services
  • Use consultative sales tactics to identify client needs and match them to services
  • Serve as an expert on Restore products and services
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes
  • Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Comfortable with consultative selling
