Client Experience Coordinator

AB Hires and Consulting, a leading provider of legal services in New York State, is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Experience Coordinator to enhance their client experience.
Responsibilities:- Client Interaction
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide regular updates on case statuses to keep clients informed about important developments.
- Court Coordination
- Update court records and communicate with court personnel to ensure timely submissions of required documents.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate record-keeping to avoid delays.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive client files and case records for easy access and reference.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports to clients and attorneys as needed.
- Customer Service
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a legal setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and court personnel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software is an asset.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
