Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure seamless communication.
    • Provide regular updates on case statuses to keep clients informed about important developments.
  • Court Coordination
    • Update court records and communicate with court personnel to ensure timely submissions of required documents.
    • Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate record-keeping to avoid delays.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain comprehensive client files and case records for easy access and reference.
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports to clients and attorneys as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and court personnel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software is an asset.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
