Job Description:

The Relationship Manager will be the expert for assigned accounts, understanding the lifecycle of current projects, key stakeholders, and clients' logistical needs. They will successfully communicate with internal teams to align resources for optimal execution, nurture business relationships, and ensure retention, satisfaction, and engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Clients Onboarding: Familiarize new clients with our processes, documentation, and service standards, and communicate client priorities within our teams.
  • Supporting Production Team: Act as a subject matter expert on trade or Canada construction standards, intervene when quality or customer satisfaction concerns arise, and escalate to senior management when necessary.
  • Representing Pinnacle Infotech: Be well-versed in our service offerings, augment work volume through cross-selling, upselling, or referrals, visit clients quarterly to deliver value, and represent us at industry events or conduct presentations.
  • Knowledge Database: Leverage knowledge about each assigned client's organizational structure, services, business growth objectives, and scope of work to enrich data in our CRM for leadership and Business Development teams.
  • Account Management: Address business matters on accounts such as delinquent payments, RFPs/proposal submissions, contractual changes, terms & conditions of service, and offboard clients ensuring adequate documentation, data maintenance, and records are complete.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years AEC industry experience with knowledge of constructability, codes, and construction ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Fluent in business administration practices, particularly with client success.
  • Proficiency in BIM technology.
  • Experience in a global work environment.

Estimated Annual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a remote position.
