Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Account Manager to take the lead in managing client relationships. This role involves overseeing the client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring clients feel confident they are receiving the best service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing all inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for challenging accounts, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Quote Follow-up: Follow up on declined quotes, addressing objections and identifying solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Representation: Represent the company to clients with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  1. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  2. Sales Approach: Sales-oriented approach to client retention.
  3. Problem-Solving: Driven and self-motivated, capable of taking ownership of tasks and exceeding client expectations.
  4. Attention to Detail: Ability to learn and manage complex account details with accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
