Job Summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Chief of Staff to drive strategy and innovative customer experiences alongside key product, Tech, and design leadership. As a key member of the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will lead across three key areas: Product strategy, Product operations, and Cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive creation of longer-term integrated OneTeam strategy and roadmap, in partnership with product, design, and engineering leaders.
  • Lead regular cadence of strategic planning and leadership alignment, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement key initiatives to continually raise the bar on product management excellence.
  • Partner horizontally with operations leads/chiefs of staff to support events/meetings/initiatives and represent HR OneTeam in enterprise-wide forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, 5+ years of digital product management experience, and 3+ years of experience in Agile product management.
