**Salary Range: $250,000 - $400,000 per year**

**Job Summary:** We are seeking highly skilled Pediatric Dermatologists to join our dynamic team at Duke Health. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, conducting research, and contributing to education and mentorship programs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive dermatological care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in pediatric dermatology, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs for residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue research opportunities to advance the field of pediatric dermatology, publishing papers and presenting findings at national conferences.

**Requirements:**

  • Board certification in Dermatology or Pediatrics.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Pediatric Dermatology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing situations.
