Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Manager

About the RoleThis leadership position is responsible for managing patient care and personnel needs within the PICU. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
We are seeking an experienced nurse manager who can:

To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- No less than 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric intensive care.
- Current registration with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or compact RN licensure.
- BLS (or higher) certification.
