About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for managing patient care and personnel needs within the PICU. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

We are seeking an experienced nurse manager who can:

Requirements

To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • No less than 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric intensive care.
  • Current registration with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or compact RN licensure.
  • BLS (or higher) certification.
