Job Summary

Nova Southeastern University is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator II to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Program Director and other senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of our dental school programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities and functions for the Program Director and other senior leadership, including managing student lockers, preparing schedules, and processing financial transactions.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complex problems, utilizing in-depth knowledge of work-area policies and procedures.
  • Enter data and generate reports from NSU specific software systems, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process financial transactions, such as check requests and purchase orders.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Assist in the coordination of accreditation activities and complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Four (4) years of experience providing administrative support and experience managing/coordinating numerous functions
  • OR Associate degree and three (3) years of experience providing administrative support and experience managing/coordinating numerous functions
  • OR Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of experience providing administrative support and experience managing/coordinating numerous functions
