Job Summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced Interim Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and Process Documents: Obtain signed work records from physicians and clients in a timely manner, and process and reconcile rental car statements, corporate MasterCard accounts, and miscellaneous expenses with correct coding.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and assign reasonable accruals for missing provider work records and vendor invoices.
  • Operational Efficiency: Prioritize work using the VISTA application, maintain complete and accurate records of all activities, and work efficiently with Windows-based computer applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Customer Service: Process billing adjustments to customer accounts in a timely fashion, and adhere to weekly, bi-weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly billing deadlines.
  • Compliance and Security: Adhere to and comply with information systems security, and perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Special Projects: Assist finance, HR, and pay/bill departments with special projects as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the continuous improvement of our financial operations.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience, and training;
