**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Billing Operations Manager** to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate generation of invoices for clients, ensuring that all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Supervise and Manage a Team**: Supervise and manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes.
  • **Invoice Generation**: Oversee the timely and accurate generation of invoices for clients, ensuring that all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • **Billing Data Analysis**: Review and analyze billing data and reports to identify any discrepancies or errors, taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure that billing processes are aligned with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
  • **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement billing strategies and best practices to optimize efficiency and improve the accuracy of billing processes.
  • **Client Management**: Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring that all billing records are up to date and accurately reflect the services provided.
  • **Customer Service**: Address and resolve client inquiries and disputes regarding billing issues, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports to management on billing activities, financial performance, and any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in billing regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant and up to date with best practices.
  • **Training and Development**: Train and mentor billing specialists, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • **Confidentiality**: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

**Qualifications**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • **Experience**: Proven experience in billing or financial management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of billing systems and software, familiarity with relevant accounting and billing regulations and best practices.
  • **Skills**: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
