The creative studio and media house at Summit Sotheby's International Realty is expanding its award-winning team. Our in-house creative agency, comprising over 25 talented individuals, is dedicated to crafting and delivering exceptional marketing materials for properties, lifestyles, and communities across Utah. We encourage our teams to think innovatively and produce extraordinary results. We are currently seeking a Visual Media Operations Coordinator to manage the operational, organizational, and logistical functions of our visual media department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administrative duties, including:

  • Managing team schedules and appointments.
  • Data entry and digital filing.
  • Handling billing processes.
  • Responding to customer service inquiries.
