Human Resources Coordinator

**American Plastics, LLC** is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, recruitment, and employee relations services to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for hourly production positions, including organizing job fairs and other recruiting events
- Conduct new hire orientations, process background checks, and employment authorization
- HR Administration
- Process weekly timekeeping and maintain attendance calendars
- Maintain active and terminated personnel files
- Maintain job descriptions and new hire training manuals
- Employee Relations
- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States of America
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and authorize a background check
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Human Resources field, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience will be considered
- Honesty, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, as well as attention to detail
- People-oriented, team player, responsive to employee needs
- Effective professional written and oral communication skills
- Resourceful, with the ability to apply critical problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
