Your Profile:
- University Degree in Organizational Development or Related Field, with a Master's degree in organizational development being an asset.

- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Under Pressure, with strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
- Advanced Communication Skills in French and English, with the ability to create a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
