Sales Professional

CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team. As a Residential Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships in an assigned geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business via cold calling, networking, and research within assigned markets
- Sell new services to existing clients
- Leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients
- Present Value-Based Solutions to key decision makers
- Plan and execute strategic marketing plans
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycle
Requirements:
- Outside sales experience
- Strong CRM experience, specifically Salesforce
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Solid time management and self-organizational ability
- Multi-Family Experience or onsite property experience
