Job Title: Territory Manager, Game Ready

Avanos Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Game Ready division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales objectives for both rentals and capital sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase adoption in existing accounts
  • Work closely with Health Care Professionals (MDs, DOs, PTs, ATCs, etc.) to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize CRM tools and reporting data to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support designated Ortho Independent Representative (IR) in driving product sales by interfacing with clinician customers, doctors, nurses, and operating room staff
  • Develop and maintain expertise of Game Ready GRPro 2, including 24-hour on-call support and pick-up of patient rental units
  • Process orders (including demos) through the DME+ and Game Ready systems
  • Adhere to Game Ready Inventory Best Practices, including inventory management, quick-checks, and irretrievable rental unit processes
  • Maintain and troubleshoot rental fleet per SOP requirements
  • Ensure healthcare compliance and vendor credentialing
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning with Regional Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales
  • Ability to travel frequently and overnight with flexibility to work varying shifts each week
  • Minimum of seven years working with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices
  • Experience working in DME (durable medical equipment)
  • Capital equipment sales experience
  • Hospital, Operating Room, and physician sales experience
  • Five years or more of medical device sales experience with documented growth and achievements
  • Experience with relevant sales software
