Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Development Representatives to outline target accounts and arrange initial discovery meetings.
  • Sales Cycle Navigation: Effectively manage complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Client Understanding: Gain insights into clients' regional and individual needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Pipeline Development: Establish a robust business pipeline and successfully close deals to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Work collaboratively with various departments to uncover opportunities and tackle challenges.
  • Account Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of client accounts.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility through networking and participation in relevant events.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Employ innovative problem-solving strategies to navigate obstacles in the sales process.
  • CRM Accountability: Maintain responsibility for CRM system management and contract negotiations.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 40% - 50% of the time.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in sales or business development, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the transportation sector.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems.
