Guest Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Aide to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as providing directions and recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
