Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our point-of-sale system and handling various forms of payment
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests, including room rates, packages, and promotions
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
  • Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Receive and relay messages to guests, ensuring seamless communication
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have guest service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment and work as a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
