We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent/ Night Audit to join our team at the Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit transactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities
- Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
- Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have guest service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work as a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
