Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to achieve effective workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides support to leaders, including telephone coverage and mail processing.
Maintains accurate information and communicates messages requiring immediate attention.
Assists with daily activities, such as scheduling, correspondence, and documents, to ensure effective operation.
Serves as a liaison for internal and external staff, scheduling meetings and coordinating arrangements.
Exercises independent judgment in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Associates degree in Business or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

This position is primarily sedentary, with occasional standing, walking, and reaching. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to drive occasionally.
