Standardization, Evaluations, and Training Administrator

Role Overview
Sigma Defense is seeking a highly skilled Standardization, Evaluations, and Training Administrator to support the success of our team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office procedures and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Position
We are looking for a professional with robust administrative capabilities, excellent time management skills, and effective organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing materials, aircrew currency, and proctoring of exams.
- Update data in various systems, including PEX, GTIMS, and locally developed computer database systems.
- Collaborate with HARM personnel to refresh ARMS or equivalent systems.
- Assess and refresh student and permanent party records, folders, and grade books in accordance with relevant AFIs/AFMANs and guidelines.
- Inform crew members and unit leadership about testing, evaluation, and training requirements.
- Perform monthly evaluations of aircrews.
- Provide guidance to personnel on tracking training and readiness status.
- Generate trend reports from testing and evaluations.
Unit Training Responsibilities
- Manage certification checklists.
- Prepare staff meeting PowerPoint slides.
- Monitor, audit, and review training grade sheets.
- Review and sign AF Form 4324.
- Prepare briefings for quarterly training review boards.
- Maintain the unit Letter of Certifications.
- Prepare aircrew probation and regression memorandums.
- Align student training schedules with the Formal Training Unit.
- Coordinate with external agencies for regular training sessions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient understanding of administrative and clerical processes.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles.
- Understanding of new information implications for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience communicating with supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates.
- Experience interacting with external entities as the organization's representative.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to completing assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn new skillsets.
Education Requirements
- Some college coursework required, with a focus on evaluations and education in aviation standards preferred.
Personnel Clearance Level
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
