Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical authority on GPU computing and networking products, directly assisting sales account managers and collaborating closely with the team to achieve design wins.
  • Develop and nurture technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.
  • Analyze customer architectures and identify essential product requirements within the AI/HPC sector.
  • Provide on-site assistance to address hardware and software challenges.
  • Oversee product support from the design-in phase through to the end of the product lifecycle.
  • Create innovative technical solutions, including hardware and software demonstrations and example system architectures.
  • Deliver technical and sales training to engineering, direct sales, and customer support teams.
  • Foster positive relationships and communication pathways with internal teams.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the high-tech electronics sector, specifically in system design or technical customer support roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus.
  • Proficient in multitasking within a complex setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives and integrating new technologies into intricate projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NVIDIA GPU and Networking development or support.
  • Knowledge of hardware design, including PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART, USB, SATA, and Ethernet.
  • Background in working with OEMs in the enterprise data center space.
  • Familiarity with datacenter networking, virtualization, deep learning, and/or AI.
  • Advanced academic qualifications.
