Core Curriculum Program Coordinator

The Core Curriculum Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the administration of the Masters of Science in Medical Physiology (MSMP) program. Collaborating closely with the MSMP Administration Committee and course directors, this position is essential for orchestrating all educational activities related to the core curriculum. The coordinator will be responsible for:
- Curriculum Development: Partnering with faculty to design and implement the curriculum for master's students. This includes managing the online learning platform, ensuring course schedules align with syllabi, and overseeing student assignments.
- Content Management: Organizing and maintaining the online learning management system. This involves reviewing and updating learning objectives, teaching materials, and ensuring adherence to curriculum standards.
- Assessment Coordination: Overseeing all quiz and exam sessions, including coordination with faculty and proctoring duties to ensure a smooth examination process.
- Comprehensive Exam Oversight: Managing the preparation course for students retaking comprehensive exams, including scheduling and proctoring.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance the curriculum and plan of study.
- Review and edit course materials and objectives to ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Coordinate quiz and exam logistics, working closely with faculty and support offices.
- Maintain communication with students regarding course materials and exam schedules.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience. Essential skills include:

- Proficiency in technology and online learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
This position is situated in a general office environment, with the possibility of a fluctuating schedule that may include evening and weekend hours.
