Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead will oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Circulate among agents to provide assistance and coaching as needed
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of agent attendance and performance
- Foster a positive and productive team environment through regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions
- High school diploma required; one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
