About the Role

The Customer Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to calls, emails, or instant messages in a timely and professional manner. They will also be responsible for entering and updating caller/product information into the call tracking database (CRM) to ensure that customer inquiries are attended to promptly and satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, or instant messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter and update caller/product information into the call tracking database (CRM)
  • View customer profiles to determine the best course of action when responding to customer inquiries

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
