Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Replen/Customer Service team member to join our team in Tampa-S Dale Mabry, FL. As a key contributor to our store's success, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store, and supporting our shrink and safety programs.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a fast and friendly checkout experience and helping customers shop, locate products, and find what they're looking for.
  2. Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store, participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance.
  3. Support our shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  4. Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful even in difficult situations.
  5. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
