Job Overview

We are looking for a talented sales executive to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a leading staffing and recruiting partner, we're dedicated to connecting job seekers with exciting opportunities across various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing our existing client base. They will utilize our CRM system HubSpot to manage leads, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.

We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, an aggressive uncapped commission plan, and a comprehensive benefits program including Medical, Dental, 401k, and PTO plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business relationships and grow existing client base
  • Utilize CRM system HubSpot to manage leads and track customer interactions
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of services to customers
  • Present solutions-based proposals to prospective customers
