Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team at Tidewater Staffing Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the custom metal fabrication industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets and enhance market share in existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the metal fabrication or manufacturing sector.
- Strong ability to identify potential clients and turn opportunities into revenue.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and create strategies for growth.
- Competence in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
