Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close consumer loans through various delivery methods, including in-person, phone, and online channels.
  • Provide consultative sales and service to members, helping them realize the value of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members, identifying opportunities to increase their business with Ent Credit Union.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including education and service, to provide exceptional member experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a financial services institution preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience with consumer or mortgage loan origination, with a strong understanding of lending regulations and credit reporting/scoring.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
