Business Development Manager

At Paul Logistics, Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Logistics Division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and maximize revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective sales techniques.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions.
- Industry knowledge of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
