">We are seeking a motivated K-12 Sales Development Specialist to make their mark in our Eastern North Carolina market. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the K-12 foodservice industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the food industry. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this role. Self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and a valid driver's license are also required.
A typical week may include:
- Developing event/activity plans for assigned accounts
- Presenting features and benefits of our product lines to clients
- Driving inquiry generation through strategic sales presentations and partnerships
- Influencing high-impact partnerships in the market while executing daily tasks like virtual presentations, calls, and emails
- Delivering exceptional sales presentations to K-12 foodservice directors, school board members, and other key stakeholders
- Working from a combination of local and remote locations to meet ambitious sales targets
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health and wellness insurance, company life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), paid time off, and company holidays.
