About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to expand our presence in the K-12 food service industry. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the K-12 food service industry.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR.
  • Utilize consultative selling approaches to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer
