Administrative Business Partner for Senior Executive Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Business Partner to provide comprehensive leadership, planning, follow up and administrative support in various areas.
Job Description Highlights- Reporting to the President and Director of Human Resources
- Supporting senior executive leadership with executive-level tasks
- Coordinating communication between executives and external stakeholders
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Acting as a project manager for deliverables assigned
- Liaising with internal and external executives on projects and tasks
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the president
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in an administrative role directly reporting to a senior executive or team
- Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus
- Experience handling HR, administrative, and office support-related tasks preferred
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with travel management systems and expense reporting tools is desirable
