Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate service completion timelines and any modifications to clients promptly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
