Overview:
Solugenix is collaborating with a prominent investment management firm in search of a Lead Web Production Expert. This role is designed for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid).

- Capable of leading and managing projects across various teams or departments.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Adobe creative tools, and analytics, applying this knowledge to work tasks.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and stays informed on current and emerging trends, policies, and technologies affecting the business area.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizes all available resources and creative assets to develop web experiences through relevant tools, primarily AEM. Employs skills in design, writing, and user experience to create page components, complete pages, and broader experiences.
- Collaborates extensively with IT partners on enhancements to the authoring experience, component and template development, and identifying optimal approaches for delivering experiences that existing capabilities cannot support.
- Acts as the administrator for web configuration tools (e.g., target, audience manager, AEM) used to deliver targeted and personalized audience experiences and A/B tests.
- Ensures coordinated releases and publishing across sites, audiences, and campaigns by providing coverage across PODs as assigned.
- Supports distributed authors, ensuring web experiences adhere to best practices and standards (e.g., SEO, metadata, branding, tagging).
- Works alongside technology teams to maintain web applications using Adobe's Experience Manager CMS, including site architecture, custom components, and workflow development.
- In partnership with cross-functional teams, enforces platform standards and processes, ensuring compliance with key build standards and metrics (e.g., page load and weight, metadata, URL best practices and redirects).
- Collaborates extensively across functions to enhance and optimize channel processes.
- Assists others in completing work assignments as needed.
- Conducts quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation:
Pay range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $68.19/hour.
