We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our team of assemblers in the production of modular housing units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our high-quality modular housing units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Supervise a Team of Assemblers: Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of assemblers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to assemble modular housing units to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate Daily Work Activities: Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure that all assembly processes are carried out according to company standards, safety protocols, and quality specifications.
  • Monitor and Inspect Work: Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify and Resolve Production Issues: Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to optimize production processes and address any technical challenges.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, material usage, and labor hours.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Focus on Precision and Quality: A strong focus on precision and quality in all aspects of assembly is essential.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and supervise a team of assemblers.
  • Proven Experience in Assembly Environment: Proven experience working in an assembly environment is necessary.
  • Ability to Work in a Dynamic Environment: The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changes in project requirements is essential.
  • Available to Work Extended Hours: Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed is required.
