Sales Director

As a Sales Director at VESTIS, you will lead a team of sales professionals and drive profitable sales growth in assigned territory. You will recruit, develop, and coach new and existing Account Executives to meet their weekly activity guidelines and achieve high performance. You will evaluate and develop existing and new business opportunities through a consultative selling approach and build strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the overall success of new sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals and drive profitable sales growth in assigned territory
- Recruit, develop, and coach new and existing Account Executives
- Evaluate and develop existing and new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the overall success of new sales
Requirements:
- Minimum two years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
- Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce, ACT, etc
