Our lead product candidate, atacicept, is a fully humanized fusion protein self-administered at home as a subcutaneous injection once weekly, blocking both B-cell Activating Factor (BAFF) and A Proliferation Inducing Ligand (APRIL).
This treatment has shown promise in addressing IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and other immunologic disorders.
Job Description: Executive Assistant to Senior LeadershipThis role involves providing strategic support to our Executive Vice President, Clinical Research and Medical Affairs, and other senior leaders.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling meetings across complex calendars, prioritizing productivity, urgency, and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinating travel plans and arranging high-profile events and meetings for EVP and other executives.
- Screening and prioritizing communications, managing access to the EVP, and acting as gatekeeper.
- Effectively communicating and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination.
- Assisting in the development and organization of support materials for meetings and conferences.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 7-10 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-Level Executives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Calendar management, meeting organization, and heavy travel coordination experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom, and Slack.
- Excellent prioritization and project execution skills, with tight deadlines and solution-oriented thinking.
- Proven expertise in written and verbal communication, demonstrating strategic, professional, creative, and succinct communication.
- Able to work independently, effectively problem-solve, and prioritize work, anticipating the needs of senior leadership.
- High level of maturity, exercising good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks.
The anticipated base pay range begins at $115,000, which includes an estimated annual salary, and may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package includes an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, ongoing performance-based equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
