We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to provide a variety of administrative functions to drive and enhance efficiency of daily operations for members of the Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring seamless logistics and catering support.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and office management with exceptional professionalism.
  • Coordinate executive events, meetings, and conferences to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with projects as needed, such as contract submissions and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Identify and implement administrative improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the work environment.
  • Collaborate with Facilities and porters on office maintenance and other issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain discretion when handling confidential information

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
