Job Overview

SFV Services, a prominent firm in the construction management and general contracting sector, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison for all clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the effective execution of various projects across multiple sites simultaneously. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction activities for multiple projects across various locations, including:
    • Bid management
    • Contract awards (both General and Sub-contracts)
    • Permitting processes
    • Construction oversight
    • Project completion and close-out
  • Engage with clients, design professionals, and consultants
  • Thoroughly review all plans and specifications for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to develop project budgets and estimates
  • Continuously update and maintain project schedules
  • Evaluate and negotiate construction contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors
  • Uphold company safety standards
  • Ensure quality control across all projects
  • Proactively identify additional construction opportunities
  • Conduct site evaluations for potential projects
  • Utilize tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office for reporting and job tracking
