Under the guidance of the Director of Quality Operations, the Project Coordination Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting Prime Aerospace and Defense clients with their suppliers to fulfill contractual commitments and execute Statement of Work (SOW) tasks. Candidates should possess robust project management expertise, particularly in advanced Excel functionalities, alongside strong organizational skills and the ability to foster effective interpersonal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all customer and internal spreadsheets, customer interface platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Administer customer and internal systems, including all supplementary components.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes/action lists, RAIL items, etc.
  • Monitor the flow of information for the team.
  • Guide the team's efforts to accomplish tasks and minimize risks.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, communicating actions and strategies to all stakeholders within the team and relevant customers.
  • Prepare presentations and engage in discussions as required.
  • Facilitate internal meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience in managing project activities within a complex project environment.
  • Skills:
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Products (intermediate Excel skills required).
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong independent decision-making abilities; possess excellent analytical skills and sound professional judgment.

General Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Production Control, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, quality assurance, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience in project execution, customer interactions, and timely project completion.
  • Any combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. or International citizenship or permanent residency may be required based on work location.
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Pass pre-employment background checks, including DMV and credit screening.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening.

Salary Range:
