Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Document Control Specialist to join our team at JBJ Management. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of documents and information throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Maintain and manage project filing of all contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
  • Material Management: Date stamp received materials, log materials in the pertinent log (software program, logbook, etc.), and ensure that the project has a record of material receipt and distribution.
  • Document Distribution: Distribute addendums, bulletins, and contractor/vendor submittals to all relevant parties.
  • Communication: Coordinate the mailing of packages (via UPS, FedEx, etc.) from the project office.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working in SharePoint and systems working with E-builder.

Requirements:

  • At least MIN years of experience in document control or a related field.
