We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team at JASON NEAL. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service our existing client base with exceptional care and attention to detail.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients for our organization.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring seamless execution of our business process.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
