Job Summary

The Analyst - Operations Administration position is a critical role in managing end-to-end accounts receivable collection processes and driving measurable improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to for A/R aging monitoring and collection processes, while maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AR Collections Performance: Develop a specific methodology for each customer to cater to the most effective collection approach without damaging business relationships.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Resolve delayed payments by working with customers and other departments.
  • Produce Weekly AR Aging: Filter all pending requests to back out and produce collectible AR lists.
  • Provide AR Aging Reports: Send monthly aging reports to customers and the operational team to maintain awareness and operations-to-customer communications.
  • Process AR Reversals and Internal CM: Maintain SAP with accurate AR data.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Required for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Required for analyzing and resolving complex collection issues.
  • Proficient PC Skills: Required for working with MS Office and SAP.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: Required for data analysis and reporting.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED: Required for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred for advanced roles.
  • 1-2 Years of Direct Experience: Required in collection, AR management, and/or billing.
  • 2-5 Years of Direct Experience: Preferred in accounting, logistics, operations, and process improvement.
Working Conditions

The Analyst - Operations Administration position is based out of our Irvine, CA office, with typical office environment characteristics, including low-level noise exposure. Communication with employees and field partners will be primarily conducted via phone and email.
