Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Quickly acquiring new skills and demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
  • Managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously, including candidate processing and project management.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to identify staffing needs through effective intake sessions.
  • Training hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Developing recruitment strategies and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes with minimal oversight.
  • Overseeing the internal transfer process for existing employees.
  • Utilizing various recruitment tools and resources to enhance candidate quality.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding vacancy statuses and recruitment progress.
  • Completing assignments that meet quality standards and desired outcomes with limited supervision.
  • Following established methodologies and procedures set by Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Identifying opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance team performance.
  • Promoting collaboration and accepting constructive feedback from colleagues.
  • Embracing change and demonstrating motivation to learn and grow.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and training to further career development.
  • Engaging with professional associations to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Taking responsibility for actions and decisions, acknowledging mistakes, and correcting them appropriately.
  • Maintaining knowledge of compliance with regulatory standards and applying policies to mitigate risks.
  • Resolving recruitment-related issues and escalating complex matters as necessary.
  • Interacting respectfully with team members and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
  • Developing proactive candidate relationship management strategies.
  • Upholding team processes and accountability.
  • Collaborating with peers and vendors to understand hiring priorities and ensure targets are met.
  • Recognizing and celebrating team and individual achievements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition support.
  • Experience in recruiting for entry-level and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
