Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and interpret court regulations.
  • Create and distribute docket reports to attorneys and staff.
  • Maintain and update the office-wide calendar docket database.
  • Assist in managing various office tasks, including processing firm invoices and saving scanned correspondence.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a law firm calendaring department.
  • Familiarity with the litigation process and California State and Federal court rules.
  • Proficiency in eDockets is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all client and firm matters.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple detailed tasks under tight deadlines.

Salary Range
