Job Summary

Infusion4Health Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our patient care department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing patients to the appropriate department, and scheduling appointments. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct patients to the correct department
  • Schedule appointments and provide information about services offered at the center
  • Maintain patient records and update information in the center's database
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure scheduling guidelines are followed

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
  • 6+ months of Call Center experience
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Effective and polite communication skills / excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
