FanHub specializes in developing and managing digital fan engagement products, including fantasy and predictor games, trivia, polling, and more. We collaborate with leading media companies and sports organizations globally, covering a variety of sports.

Your Responsibilities

As a Client Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide customer support for our fans using our support platform, addressing inquiries and identifying issues that require further investigation.
  • Monitor our products during live events to ensure seamless operation and escalate any issues that arise.
  • Conduct dedicated testing of our products, engaging with the games we develop.
  • Gain exposure to various areas of the business, presenting opportunities for future roles in different locations.

The Team

You will report to the Customer Support Lead and collaborate with a global team of Producers, Product Managers, Account Managers, UX Specialists, Designers, Developers, QA, and other Support staff.

Requirements

While this role is not full-time, a willingness to work a schedule that includes hours outside of standard business hours is essential. Candidates must:

  • Be available for at least one weekday shift and one weekend shift each week.
  • Be open to additional shifts during peak periods.
  • Be prepared for a sometimes inconsistent schedule as needs fluctuate throughout the year.
