Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support and services to both current and prospective members.
  • Engage with members to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Work approximately 20-24 hours per week, including mandatory Saturdays.

Compensation: Starting pay is $15.79 per hour.

Core Duties:

  • Accurately process financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Promote products and services to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications with members and colleagues.
  • Adhere strictly to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide top-notch customer service consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in cash handling and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service.
  • Strong computer skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
